The heliotrope is an instrument that uses a mirror to reflect sunlight over great distances to mark positions for land surveying. A little more info: Flowers (like sunflowers) that are heliotropic turn to the sun and follow it across the sky. We chose the name for our brewery because we cook and brew with seasonal ingredients. We ‘follow the sun’ when choosing what goes on our menus and buy from growers so everything we make is local and fresh. 🌻❤️
